in that time. could it take that long for genital warts to appear? im planning on going and getting tested again at planned parenthood, but im told there is not a general test for hpv in men. i dont have health insurance so i cant have a doctor examine me.

The doctor at the clinic should be able to tell if the bump is a wart with visual inspection.

Most warts appear within 3 months of exposure, but some appear much later.....decades in some cases.
