There is no authentic way you can save your partner from contracting HPV from you, if you are infected... Some studies suggest that HPV goes away or at least suppressed in vast majority of people within 6 months to 2 years provided that they have a good immune system... If your body completely over comes the HPV and there is no wart, you are no more contagious... CondomsCondoms Female condoms do protect HPV transmission to a certain extent only because some warts are not covered with condomsCondoms Female condoms and may transmit to the partner with skin to skin contact... If you have a visible genital wart, you should seek for the treatment and wait till the time the warts are completely removed... If you can't wait you should use condomsCondoms Female condoms to cover the area that is being treated...
You can have children i.e., you can do the unprotected sex but her gynachologist must know about HPV status... If you've high risk HPV then your wife should have regular pap-smear tests to confirm if there are no cervical cell changes going on... If there is any that can also be treated in early stages... HPV has nothing to do with miscarriages or abnormal births etc... At the time of delivery, the doctor will make sure and see to confirm that there are no warts down there...
