hpv, genital wart, pregnancy

Hello, In late 2009  I discovered I had Genital warts they where burned off I think by acid and they havent returned, the doctor told me i had test postive for low risk hpv therefore that was the cause of the warts. In late 2010 I went back for a general test and pap smear and I was told I no longer had hpv and everything was ok, I have since then broken up with my then boyfriend and am in a new relationship in which im 3 months pregnant while conducting the pregnancy exams and pap smear I was told that I have now high risk hpv . My question is being that I no longer have low risk hpv does that mean that I wont be getting any genital warts , I am worried that I would have a break out during my pregnancy being that my immune system is low and im not sure if I would be able to treat it

I developed warts after becoming pregnant due to cell changes and low immune system, and my doctor was able to treat with Trichloric acid. Don't worry, you will be just fine, even if they don't come back! :)
