I was told that i had hpv whenwas 15 years old and preganant with my first child. i have had so many bad pap test and  my share of colposcopy and biopsy. within the past 2 years i have been having so many issues with my female parts. my peroids are irregular and i have an immence ammount of pain during intercourse and i have been to the hospital many many time with cyst rupture! my doctor has me on birth control. i have tried many different kinds of medication including hormone pills. i dont know what to do i dont know what is wrong with me i have had blood tests and stuff but they arent finding anything. i have hair groth on my chin too. my ovaries hurt all the time just constant pain. my doctor has mentioned pcos but i have tried medication for that and nothing is helping. i am only 22 and i shouldnt be having this many issues i think. i have a huge family history of breast cancer ovarian cancer uterin cancer on both my moms side of the family and my fathers side of the family. i am affraid that i have a much bigger issue than what my doctor cant see thinks i am to young for any problems like cancer but i feel different concidering my family history and the fact that i have hpv. i had a pap in september and it came back bad and there were cancerous cells present. i was told to go back in 4 months to repeat the testing. do i need to get a new doctor or is there something we arenot seeing. i have so many symptoms i have not mentioned here but the ones i have mentioned are the most conerning to me some one help if you know what could be wrong or any advise on what i should do please tell me

I can tell you that all your conditions are not because of hpv, like irregular periods, immense pain during intercourse, cyst rupture, hair on chin, hurting ovaries with constant pain, etc etc... you may benefit posting your question on women health forum or the gynocology forum to see if they can help you...

further, from your post as the doctors have asked you to repeat the pap after 4 months it seems that they've found mild dysplasia, if it persists till the time of next test, your doctors will simply remove the abnormal cells from the cervix but usually immune system gets over and clears the mild abnormalities naturally...

I can relate to everything u posted. I was 17 when the doctor discovered that i had an abnormal pap. As far as the irreg. cycles and pain near your ovaries...this could come from endometriosis. I was told i had endo. at 19. This was causing stomach pains, irregular periods,infertility, back pains, and etc. Ask your doctor about endometriosis.
