I am not sure I understand your question so if I don't answer it let me know.

Yes you can have HPV symptoms from one single strain in more than one area of your body at the same time. You can actually cause this yourself or it can be from sexual contact from one partner. You can also have multi strains causing symptoms in different areas at the same time.

For example you can have a high risk strain (s) causing cell changes and a low risk strain (s) causing warts at the same time. You might have been infected with a single exposure to the sexual partner or from several exposures with the same partner. You can also have multi strans from multi partners but have them at the same time. There are almost 40 genital strains of HPV and once you have a strain you have it for life and can never get it again. Most people never have symptoms and those that do will have their immune system supress them within 24 months. Sometimes people do have flare ups from a previously dormant HPV. So, there is prob the rare case where someone can have a flare up and new strain at the same time but this would not be the norm.

Basically yes in regards to genital and anus but you are infected with the strain as a whole and only showing symptoms in those different areas. We can spread warts ourselves via simple touch such as masturbation. Don't worry about the nose or any other part of your body such as your eyes, ears, fingers. That is just not a risk and if there are any cases those people had other very serious health issues. Also warts that exist in other areas like the hands are just not the same strains as those that infect the gentail skin. As for oral risks again that is quite low as risks go and nothing you should worry about.
