Yes, HPV can be spread orally via saliva but its very rare. If you google stuff like "sharing cigarettes and HPV" or "sharing drinks and HPV", you will see some studies about saliva and STDs. After 7 years with no visible warts, people are rarely infectious.  I would not worry about this. Your odds of infection are less than 1%.

I don't understand your question. Maybe because you never asked a question?  Oral HPV is not the same as genital HPV.
