My main query is that can hpv be transmitted via genital to hand to genital contact. I know that doctor handsfield has answered this thousands of times saying low risk but I am still scared.my main question is that are the high risk types or low risk types usually transmitted like this. The scenario is such that I got a full body massage and then I got a happy ending for 5 minutes in the end. However there was a client before me and while I was waiting I heard the masseuse washing her hands in the sink but not for long. After 2 months I developed a single black flat lesion.I went to a dermatologist in India who has more than 30  years of experience. He said its a wart , I was disheartened but he said its not infectious so I asked him what did he mean.It wasn't due to hpv.he answered no! Then I asked him if he was sure , he said I'm 500 percent confident. He used the dermascope to diagnose it and 1-2 more equipments I guess. He prescribed me fusidic acid for the same and said that it would take care of it.He said just forget about it as it can happen anywhere on the body.since it occurred on my genitals I was worried. I thought all warts were due to HPV. When on the net I checked what is fusidic acid used for it came it is used for a bacterial infection and not viral.i am planning to get a penal swab done as this was my only exposure, I am not sexual active .I am not worried about warts I am worried about the high risk strain.please help me.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The virus spreads through skin-to-skin contact with the penis, scrotum, vagina, vulva, or anus of a person who has the HPV infection. So chances of HPV transmission are there.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
