me and my boyfriend dated 8 mos we broke up he got tested for stds and came back clean its two mos later and were together again and today i found out i have hpv i have to go for a cone biopsy so i know i have hpv in my cervixs i dont have warts and he does not either so i dont want him to get it so i know we should use condoms but what about oral for the both of us i also know that with treatment i could someday test neg for hpv so should we just use condoms no oral and is their a speical test he should have done to see if he has it even if he got tested a mo ago

Chances are your bf already has it, he could have even been the person you got it from. They don't test males for hpv, so while he came up negative for stds, he probably had hpv in his system when he was tested. Also from what I've read and heard, the same strains that may lead to cervical cancer do not cause genital warts, so neither of you should experience that.
As for the oral sex, yes there is a connection between oral cancer and having oral sex with someone who has hpv. But it's rare. I'd call it a judgment call on your part.
Also, once you have a certain strain of hpv, even after it is out of your system, you're basically immune to that particular strain. So that means you and your bf can't give it to each other back and forth. Remember though, there are NUMEROUS strains of hpv and having one strain gives you no immunity against getting another strain of it.
Condoms may be a good idea for now. You should be very careful in not getting pregnant while treating hpv.
