I was having a bad "trip" where I was given a downer and I cannot remeber what happened.

Looked like a white head so I popped it and puss came out then within 2days it was
Gone completely never lookijg like it was there. Past few months I get about one or two
Of these "pimples" all have puss and barley anyblood but recently I found out he might have
hpv and I'm scared I might have it especially sinc I got one earlier on the top of my
Inner most lip on the skin above the clitoris. Where there is no hair and where I don't
Shave so im scared those were never ingrown hairs from shaving. They are not exactly
Painful but give discomfort, after popped they feel like knots? But never there longer
Than 48-72hrs tops

Doesn't sound like HPV.  I'm no expert but you need to get to a clinic or doctor and sort this out.  What you are describing could very well be herpes.  Post this on the herpes forum and see what they say.  Don't freak, get checked.
