infection after being rimmed -- what is this?
I'm a bisexual man, and hence free of STIs. I visited a prostitute 9 days ago, she gave me unprotected oral and we used a condom for intercourse. She also rimmed me, cleaning the whole area before and after. Yesterday, started noticing numerous whitish pustules in the area around the anus and up to my scrotum. It is inflamed, and they are a bit painful, and I have had a low grade fever (37.8C). Does this look like herpes or HPV?

there are no problems on or near my penis. It is all underneath around my anus and toward my scrotum
