is it HPV?

I don't know if there's a bunch of different things wrong with me at once or if it's all linked together to something serious.

I am a 20 year old college female. Last year, I went to the doctor to get what I thought was a skin tag/ mole removed. when they removed it, they sent it out for a biopsy and it turns out it was an HPV wart. they told me this was no big deal and that a lot of people get them.

well now a year later, all of these things are happening to me. throughout the past year, my period has been very irregular and I finally got on birth control to fix it about 2 months ago. my period is now fixed (they did a blood test, ultrasound, pelvic exam, etc. to make sure it was nothing with my uterus or anything too btw). a couple weeks ago, I started noticing little bumps along my vaginal area that were skin colored/ red ish and itched. shortly after I noticed those, I went to the doctor because I thought I had a yeast infection. she did a test and yes it was a yeast infection, so I took a pill for that. I asked her about the bumps and she said it looked like razor irritation. I didn't think that's what it was, but they didn't itch that bad so I figured they would just go away.
now for the past 2 weeks, I've had little hard skin colored bumps appear in various places on my body that are extremely itchy. places like my nail beds, toes, inner thigh, elbows, etc. I went to the doctor again, he said maybe I all of a sudden had sensitive skin and that's what caused the reaction. he put me on prednisone, I changed soaps, lotion, etc. while I was on the prednisone the itching stopped, but once I got off the prednisone it has started to come back. places on my skin itch that don't even have bumps.
last but not least, my anus has been itching. so I took a look today and I found what appears to be a white raised bump right on my anus, so I'm sure that's what's causing the itching. I also don't know if this matters, but I've had an underground pimple / possibly a cyst? on my right buttocks that has gone away and came back 3 times in the exact same place (it never really fully went away, just became what looked like a bruise then would come back full force and bright red and hurt).
anyways, I started googling about the white bump on my anus and it sounds like it's a wart, which is usually HPV. then I started reading about HPV and read that itchiness can be involved. I know that HPV can have something to do with irregular periods as well, and the HPV wart I had removed last year is only fueling my fire of worry.
I'm really freaking out here. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow, but can somebody just please tell me if my thought process is crazy or not? or offer any advice or experiences? I would just really like some peace of mind.

thank you!!!

P.S. I also just got the gardasil vaccine after I got the HPV wart removed. I think my last dose was some time in March  or April.

White bump on anus can be a genital wart. Only way to tell if its HPV is via a biopsy. A dermatologist or proctologist would be able to remove it and send it out for biopsy. The vaccine you took is to prevent getting a strain that you do not already have. It does not prevent future outbreaks since you were sexually active before getting the vaccine. And it is just good for the 4 most popular strains. Best guess is some of this may be emotional caused. Genital warts do not spread to hands or feet.
