is it a perianal wart or a hemeriod?

I was diagnoed with genital warts about 6 months ago.  Maybe5 months ago.  I noticed a raised lump on my anus the next day.  I have been treating it wih prep. h and tucks wipes for 5 months and no change.  I treated it this way because it hangs there.  It is long instead of against the skin.  The gw wre small and against the skin.  With this hanging, and dangling, i this a wart or hemerroid? And what do  treat it with, aldara or try another hem. med?  I would appriciate any help with this.

As far as I know external hereoids are painful, so if this is'nt I would suspect it is a wart, especially as it apeared round the time of your breakout. Warts can resemble skin tags, which hang/dangle. Whatever it is I think you should get it checked out.
