sounds like yeast to me. it should be very irratating and annoying. There's an over the counter object to test for vaginal infections that you can buy. if it turns out you have yeast, there's over the counter treatment as well, or you can go to your dr, but im not sure how old you are. so whatever works for you.
just to let you know, yeast infection is very common in women and nothing to severe to worry about. at least 75% of women will get a yeast infection at least once in their life time.
