is it another outbreak lingering around, waiting to take over?

hello! i had my first hpv outbreak about one year ago. i had been itching a burning down there and i felt some raised areas, and since i've had many friends with hpv gential (genital) warts i was pretty sure thats what was going on. the thing that threw me off was the extreme itching burning, most of the people on these forums just noticed raised areas. anyways, my boyfriend then noticed some small bumps on his penis so then i was for sure. i got aldara cream and a vitamin c injection and after the first application of aldara everything was gone!!! i continued to use aldara for almost a month just to make sure it would just pop right back up. my boyfriend didn't not recieve the vitamin c injection and used aldara for almost three months and just when they were gone, he stopped. his came back shortly but i decided that we'll just leave his there because i think if he keeps himself really clean, that in time they will work themselves out. everything was going fine with me until one day i was feeling really dry and itchy. now, almost three weeks later, i still experiencing extreme itchiness and burning if i walk around too much. i don't want to use aldara because there is nothing actually there and it made me very weak. i was wondering if there is anything else i can take or do. i've been keeping myself super clean, putting tea tree and vitamin e oil once a day and i always eat healthy. i have not been taking vitamins or any immune boosting aid though. also, my boyfriend and i have been using condoms but since i gave hpv to him or he gave it to me, is there really a chance of him causing me to have another outbreak because he has a couple of warts on his penis if i have the same virus/strand as him but no active warts??? i would really like to get the truth on this subject. the word is your supposed to wear condoms but i don't understand why? any info would be appreciated:)
thanks for your time

I don't know if you can get aldera in greece without a perscription, but i would urge you to see a doctor before treatment.

When you clear warts you often develop an immunity to the strain. This is why partners do not constantly re-infect each other.
