is there a way to reduce the risk of spreading warts?

I discovered about a month ago that i had genital warts.  As soon as a Dr. confirmed this and began liquid nitrogen treatment, I took my girlfriend to get checked and she was given round one of Gardisil, and luckily no abnormalities were found.  I have been treated weekly for the last 5 weeks, with good results.  There are only one or 2 lesions left that look as though they have all but faded to nothing.
I plan to continue with the treatment until my Dr. says they are all gone, and she has appointments to get the rest of her vaccinations, but in the meantime I feel like the current rate of sexual abstinence is really taxing our relationship (both she and I).  How much of a risk is still there for her if we DO have sex, and are there any methods that have any merit (beyond condoms, we have always used a condom) for reducing the risk to her for contracting the warts?  I realize this question sounds selfish, but our relationship is important to me and I want to preserve it.  Is there anything I can do?
