is this genital warts pls help me!

i recieved oral sex in july than in august thats it i noticed sum itching in my genital area and sum little bumps on the shaft of my penis its a on and off itch it dosnt itch at all times! when it does itch i take a really good shower and wash my genital area and its stops!! everytime i masterbate it itches afterwards!!! as i said befor once i shower pretty good it stops!! this has been going on for about three months now could this be genital warts or something else?? by the way ive never had sexual intercourse at all only oral sex!!! pls help me!!

HPV is rarely spread by oral sex.

And itching isn't a common symptom of HPV.

The fact that your penis itches after masturbation and is relieved by a shower suggests that this is some sort of irritation caused by friction, or possibly a reaction to any lotions or lube that you use. It also might be a sensitivity to you laundry detergent.

I don't think this is anything to worry about, but if the itching persists, a dermatologist might be able to help.
