itching

i have been havng small cuts around my anus area i dont know what it is also i have small cuts around the vulva area i dont know what that is either it itches real bad i thought it was just a yeast infection so i took something called vagistant 1 and i thought it was gone clear but its back im itching and i cant stop straching please help me do i need to go see a doctor

No matter what I tell you here you should see a doctor.

Genital warts does not present itself as cuts or legions so I do not believe it would be warts but that doesn't necessarily mean that it couldn't be HPV.

HSV or herpes presents itself as legions but as you describe them as cuts I would not think that it is herpes.

If a treatment for yeast infection cleared it up, it is possible that it was a yeast infection that you failed to kill off completely and it then returned. It is hard to give you any useful information based on your description.

Are there any bumps? Is there any unusual discharge? Is there any discoloration? Could the cuts be a result of itching or were the cuts there prior to itchiness? Please try to be more descriptive.

I would recommend seeing a doctor though, even if it turns out to be just a yeast infection you will likely feel better having had heard it directly from a doctor.
