itchy bumps on vag and anus

Hey, well im not sure, but I think I may have HPV . After having sex, the following day I noticed little bumps that were pink almost skin color . Couple days later I end up getting more and now they are on my bum . When I pee it stings my cliterus and when I taking a dump I can't because It hurts too much sort of like a burning feeling so when I push it hurts a lot more and I feel like I'm going to yack if I finish the job . It is very itchy down there and It seems to be spreading a lot and hurts a lot also . I have stopped eating to get less of the urge to go #2 . Please tell me if I do have genital warts . If not can you tell me what I may have or if I do what treatments do I need to get .?

It sounds more like herpes, have you looked at any pictures online?

I think that you need to go to the doctor about this one...If you cannot go #2 cuz it hurts sooo bad, then it is not going to be good for the rest of your system. In the mean time, maybe put some Vaseline on it to sooth it? Go to the docs for sure, don't let thisget any worse than already is.
