little brown and fleshy bumps

hello, i am a 24 year old male. i was having unprotected sex with a girl for over 1yr. she was being treated for cervical cancer and ensured me she was ok. when we would have sex, she got very dry quickly but wouldnt want me to stop. after, i was sore on the sides of my penis. few days later it would scab and heal. a month after i stopped seeing her i started getting small cluster of brown and flesh colored bumps where is was scabbing from before. saw a doc, he said it was nothing. i picked some of them off to see what would happen. a month latter they would slowly come back again.. i saw a different doc. said its molluscum. burned them with nitrogen. now the bigger flesh colored ones are gone but there are still small brown ones. they seem to be hardened now, its been 2 weeks since the doc burned them. how do i make this go away? can they be treated with intense heat instead of cold?
