at first, i would like you to calm down... nothing has happened especially when it comes to a male... additionally, warts are caused by low risk strains of hpv that means no health issues, no cancer, no pain, no itching, no nothing and it becomes more of a cosmatic concern than health... hpv is one most common sexually transmitted disease... around 80% of the population has this virus... some may never know they have it because it can stay in your body without showing up with any wart... as per CDC and experts about 2.2 million people currently have this virus and 5.5 million are contracting this virus every next year... You should definitely go and get your wart removed... almost all of hpv strains tend to shed over a few years... the studies and experts have explained this period to be from 6 months to 2 years... after good treatment, recurrances are rare... If you don't get any new wart or the recurrance of any wart in 6 months, you should assume that your body has taken control of this virus and you don't have to be worried any more...
