not sure

I had an abnormal pap smear 3 years ago.  I had a cone biopsy and ever since then my paps have came back normal.  I recently have been having reaccurant yeast infections.  I have had intercourse with a yeast infection and have noticed a small ulceration at the bottom entrace of my vagina.  Its as if the skin has been rubbed off.  Its not a bump, or a hole, just a red mark like rug burn.  It is tiny, but hurts when I have sex and it hasn't healed.  My doc tested me for herpes and it was negative.  She is now saying that hpv can cause this discomfort.  Could this be from the yeast infection and intercourse?  I was told your body naturally takes care of hpv, and didn't cause ulcerations.  I'd appreciate any help I can get.  Thanks.

doesn't sound like hpv infection... this probably is because of yeast infection, you should get treated for that first...
