oral sex with condom/hand to genitals

I received oral sex with a condom and had hand stimulation to my penis and scrotum.  I also fingered her vagina.  I washed my hands after.  My genital warts outbreak was at the base of my penis and pubic area.  Did I contract genital warts this way?  Did her saliva transmit the HPV at the base of my penis?

Here is a link I found.
http://www.stdservices.on.net/std/warts/details.htm
It says "Warts are spread by genital-to-genital contact, and not by other practices such as oral sex or mutual masturbation."

It is a pretty "official" website.

Thank you for the responses.  I've been told by my dermatologist the bumps looks like genital warts, but could also be Molluscum Contagiosum.  I got them frozen off.  Little bumps do come back so I have the OTC wart remover and I freeze them off myself.  My family doctor couldn't tell what the bumps were so I got referred to a dermatologist.  How do you "officially" get tested for genital wart?  A biopsy?

I suggest your get them biopsed to make sure they are genital warts. It is contracted through skin to skin in the genital region so her hands would not transmit it and oral with a condom would more than certainly stop warts being transmitted. It sounds to me like a typical case of somebody who has used a condom and had a genital wart outbreak in the pubic region.

I have been researching the same thing. I had a similar encounter. Most articles say that it is possible, and there are documented cases. But, some think it highly unlikely.
Have you been "officially" diagnosed of genital warts? What if they are something else?

Thanks for the response.  Do you think it is from hand-to-genital contact then?  The fact that her hands transmitted the hpv?

I think that you should post this to a doctor. The doctors on this site don't believe that receiving an oral sex will transmit genital warts. From all I read so far, the hpv is not transmitted via body fluid. If you can confirm that the things on your penis are indeed warts, you should let them know. This could change their views.
