painful intercourse HPV symptom?

Hi,

I am wondering if HPV can cause symptoms such as painful intercourse, slight temp. elevation (99 F), painful urination, glans (glands) discomfort with urination, red rash on glans (glands) and around external urethra, white bumps on shaft, testicular discomfort, prostate inflammation.   Also can HPV cause a female to have internal discomfort or pain w/intercourse?

How soon post exposure would one expect to show symptoms and is there a window period for testing in females?  I read there are no tests done specifically for HPV in males, but if a scraping is taken from a rash could it not shed light on the cause and who would be the best type of provider to approach about this - general, derm, ID?  Thanks in advance for your time.
