pimple on penis

this is the first time posting anything like this... i am quite worried...i will get down to the question.. if you would like to know more plz let me know.... i have 4 pimple-like bumps on the underside of my penis... they are sore wen i move around... they are 1\3 of the way down on the underside of the shaft from the head.. no hair folicles... i was going to assume genital warts... only reason i say that is because the girl i am seeing tested positive for hpv. we are currently awaiting results ... doctors were half and half thinking it was either hpv-6 or hpv-12... they are red and sore and have wat looks like to be a brown head in the center, they were soft wen they first shown up...they shown up overnite after a vigerous masterbation (masturbation) session, and 2 days later they have seemed to get just a bit more firmer.. at first i thought it was just from not using lubrication.... but after resting and using antibiotic ointment nothing hasnt changed... my mind is going insane for i have no insurance and i dont want to freak out for something that could be nothing... i was half tempted to try to pop watever it was but i dont want to cause more harm than good... i am not looking for a diagnosis exactly. maybe i am looking for reassurance that i am not going to die haha.. but many of the stories i have seen in here are extremely vague so i was hoping that maybe someone could make some sense from this... we are sexually active and she has had the full work-up on STD's. negative on all... i have searched hundreds of pictures on the net and have come up with nothing that looks like wat i have... it might be to soon to tell wat it is that i have... they might be pimples or a rash from rough masterbation (masturbation), but the pain is still there. the genital warts pictures i have seen have been on coliflower looking growths, they arent open sores and they arent any type of blister... i can take pictures and post them if it would help... hopefully someone can give me some kind of direction or answer...

You should check to see if there is a free health department in your city. They could test you and give you free treatment.

ty very much for the info i will be looking one of those up... and to update things i have found a new one on the side... i took a hot shower to just clean myself off thinking it was bacterial and wat i thought was a pimple has now opened up... they seem more like small crators... like as round as an eraser head but not raised up... small and causes pain..i ahve used antibiotic ointment for now and will keep an eye on it for a few days... if things become unbearable or worse i will be going to a clinic... and will update on here for others to know wat i have come across... i have talked to a few people here about it... seems like almost a herpes type ordeal... but they are real small... the sores i have seen are large.. and the blistgers are large and look similar to blood blisters... not sure wat is goin on... and thank you for the advice

I don't think you should wait you are dealing with your health. Go to the er and they can tell you what it is and give you treatment. Don't wait! Go now
