pleasee help

Hello,

I need help if possible without a "see a doctor"

I discovered an extra piece of skin on the middle of my penis, when flacid it is wrinkly and when I strecht it is completely flat, however when flacid it forms a type of hole not bump raised, just a little hole made of wrinkles.

Would this description fit a wart? I know it comes on different colors and shapes but is there a rule of thumb to tell apart normal bumpy skin from warts?

All help is really, really appreciated.

Last one I promise.

If I have a lot of hair follicles, all of them with hair coming out of it but one or two of those structures look the same but have no hair could they be warts? Or just hair follicles without hair?

Thanks for the reply,

Im not insured, seeing a doctor is out of options.

1) will a wart flatten out when skin is stretched?
2) on average after a new wart is born how long does it take to grow?
3) is it too late for warts to appear after 20 months?

Sounds like a skin tag, go see your dermatologist.
