I found out that i have genital warts around my
scrotum..
Many of them look like pink or white cauliflower
and look scary..
My question..
1) Is there a chance of me contracting HIV with
this genital warts?
2) Is genital warts have cure?
3) is genital warts cause cancer?

Calm down. Here are your answers.
1. No it is not HIV. Genital warts are an indication of HPV. You can be tested for HIV either via a lab or via the home kits in a pharmacy. Everyone should be tested for HIV yearly. Men cannot be tested for HPV except via a biopsy of a wart.
2. Go see your dermatologist asap. Get a medical diagnosis. One may be biopsied to confirm the virus strain. Removal has options: freezing them off, cutting them off or a cream for you to put on. The sooner they are gone, the quicker you will heal.
3. For most people, cancer does not occur. Some people (low percentage) can get cancer but no one can predict who and most doctors think it comes from the high risk strains that do not produce warts.
If you have HPV, realize that this is the common cold of STDs. 8 out of 10 sexually active adults esp those who are not in committed monogamous relationships. Safe sex is not that safe against HPV. Read this link and educate yourself.
