possible genital warts

Yes i recently awoke in the morning to a small sore just under the opening of the urethra. This seems to happen maybe once a year for the past three years, this being the third. During the first occurrence i  isited a female physician who examined it. I was scared it was an std since it was on my penis. She assured me it was simply an infection and would go away. I was simply to keep it dry and clean since im uncircumsised. I did and it went away. Now this is the third time it has happened and i dont know what to think. I placed white vinegar on a cotton ball and placed it on the sore which then turned white. I read online that this means genital warts. But my symptoms dont coincide with it necessarily. It gives off a small amount of cottage cheese like discharge and does have an odor. I know that these symptoms are related to a male yeast infection. Also, this is the first time ive actually tried to do anything to it but usually it only lasts a week and doesnt really hurt itch or burn except the first day or two. Is it possible that i have a reoccurring male yeast infection or is it hpv warts. I havent had sex in almost 3 years. I do however have a new girlfriend and i just want to make sure. Thank you

You should do full STD test if you are concern.  Thatll screen for common bacteria. However..there is no test for hpv...unfortunately... Hpv is very common and doctors simply assume itll clear up fr the affected ppl within 2yr. However in some ppl it can persist.. Although no full explanation is known why... Even if they say sych ppl hv lower immune function...no explanation is given why is that so ie lower immunity.

I guess the best bet for ppl who are concern with lingering hpv is therapeutic hpv vaccine...preferably multivalent and multi strain... Which at present time ..is not available.  Good candidate could be GX188.. But unknown if it can combat various types of hpvs

the vinegar test is unreliable, it will turn anything white. From what you are saying, and if in fact you are uncircumcised it could very well be a yeast infection. Have a urologist check it out when it is present.

Actually there is never any hurting or itching just a slight burning and only when the sore is touched. There is no burning when i pee at all. Is it possible that i received a yeast infection from my previous ex and it just took awhile for it to show. Ive heard that once you have a yeast infection sometimes its hard to get rid of. Also, ive read that usually your immune system will take care of the outbreak of most types of hpv warts within two years. Ive also read that white vinegar can turn any types of skin white. Just getting this info in as well.
