possible hpv?

hi, I was just wondering if what I have is HPV. I had a mutual masturbation session with another guy, we both touched each others' penises but there was no genital to genital contact. If I look at the skin on my penis, I can see evenly spaced, extremely small raised spots, similar to sport that form at the base of a hair, but even smaller. I have to stretch the skin on my penis to see most of them, but there are a few on the shaft that I can barely see normally (I'm not sure if this is because I may have been rubbing them and irritating them or if they're normally that large). Overall, I'd say that these aren't really out of the ordinary and I'm just being extremely anxious, but I'd appreciate any help or insight that you could offer. I'm a bit afraid that this anxiety could last a long time, since I know HPV can sprout up at any time, is there any way I can put my mind at ease?
