scar or wart

i have a brown bump at the bottom of my foreskin, on the backside of my penis. (i think its the scarring left when cirumcized) i am cirumsized. it is raised, and there is two light scarlines that come down from it, and run all the way down to my scrotum. it is slighty redder inbetween the scarlines.

is the brown bump part of the scarring, from circumcision? or do they sound like warts?
