small papule-like bumps?

I have small red papule-like bumps which surround the base of the head of my penis in a line. They are very small and I can only see them when I look closely.

The doctor said I should not be concerned about them but I am still worried.

Does anyone have anything like this/ have any advice? could this be HPV?

I'd have to agree with veryscared3447. pearly penile papules come in several colors.

"Pearly penile papules (PPP) are small, benign (non-cancerous) growths. PPP can be pink, white, yellow, or (rarely) translucent in color. They're normally very small, ranging from 1-2mm wide by 1-4mm long. The shape, color, and size can vary between individuals, but all the papules that one person has will look the same. The papules are usually found in a single or double row on or around the head of the penis."

They're called pearly penile papules. They're harmless and are not caused by an STD.
