two bouts of HPV in 3 years

I had an irregular paps 3 years ago and was treated and have had a couple regular paps since then.  I just had a second irregular paps.  What worries me is that I have been with my husband that whole time.  Does a reoccurred after some regular paps mean that he cheated on me.

Hpv is a virus which will be in your body forever. After a couple of years the virus lay dormant in your system, caged by your immune system. Even paps don't detect it as you are 'cleared' although there is always chance of the virus becoming active again. If your reoccurance is of the same strain of HPV you had before, it dose not mean your husband cheated on you, it just means the virus is now active. This could be due to stress, an unhealthy lifestyle, smoking and drinking or many other things. It should clear up again in time.
