vaginal irritation :(

I have been experiencing inner vaginal tingling, burning, and irritation.  I've noticed when I stress the burning gets stronger.  I have had in the past low grade of abnormal pap HPV but on my last exame everything came back normal.  I have self examined myself and everything appears to look normal, but when I push dwn on my abdomin (abdomen) as I am looking in the mirror I can see like a cut inside.  I went to the ER and the dr said it was from OCD of me scrubbing too hard in the shower.  I began to take acidiphilous tabs just in case its my vaginal PH becoming unbalanced.  I can only use baby wash because anything else will burn.  I have become very sensitive when I dooshed with a doosh for yeast infection and not reading the label.  I have been to the ER and to 2 seperate drs whom have tested me for STD/STI and everything comes back normal.  I am not currently active @ all.  I become filled with anxiety thinking I may have something that hasn't shown up, only to think of the worst.  I do not have warts or any of the sort.  I don't know weather to get another opinion and see a different GYn or just try and be patient.  I don't have herpes, warts, I have been tested and nothing come up.  I need some advice PLZZ!
