visible wart, HPV

Hi Doctors and Experts,
Im from Japan, i have read on Japanese internet that in order to contract HPV,you need to get in close contact with warts, because only warts have enough virus to infect, if someone has no warts on his penis then its safe to suck his penis, is this correct? thanks.

So HPV can be only transmitted through genital skin? Skins like hand and mouth dont pass HPV virus?

Also what about penis that has no visible nor invisible warts, is it safe to suck ?

This is the mlllion dollar question that doctors do not agree on. Some doctors believe that only visible warts can spread the virus. Some doctors believe that invisible to the naked eye warts can spread it.  Since warts can be on any genital skin, it isn't right to assume that the lack of warts on a penis means that the man doesn't have HPV elsewhere in his genital area. Men cannot be tested for it and so you have no idea if a man with no visible warts has HPV or not. Oral sex is the safest non-safe sex compared to genital sex and rarely passes the virus, but it definitely can do it.
