warts inside rectum with no contact?

I have been diagnosed with warts inside my vagina that are apparently very small, i can kind of see them.

I have never been involved in any kind of of anal sex or anything like that and I have no visible warts on the outise of my anus or vulva. But I am itchy there all the time, there is blood occassionally when i go to the toilet and today when i tried very hard to look inside i did notice a  skin tag like bump (i couldn't see very well though cos it was very inside.)

Is it possible that i have internal genital warts on the inside of my vagina and anus with NO visible external ones even though I have never had any anal intercourse?

The skin of the anus is very susceptible to warts so even without sexual contact they can spread to that area from the genitals. Yes you can have warts inside the vagina without being able to see them.

Your anal symptoms sound more like a hemorrhoid issues. Has your doc said you have warts in that area?
