warts?

I have lots of shiny pink bumps on my foreskin.when you stretch the skin out they look white and flat I have a few on the rim of my penis head but they are pink none of them have gotten any bigger but there seems to be more of them popping up they have been there over a year any thoughts

These small bumps can be due to pearly penile papules. They are small dome-shaped to filiform skin-colored papules that typically are located on the sulcus or corona of the glans (glands) penis.

Ablation using carbon dioxide laser, electrodesiccation with curettage and excisional surgery reportedly have successfully eliminated lesions. In my opinion you should talk to a cosmetologist/dermatologist about this.
