I have fallen in love with a man who had HPV like 7 years ago. His ex got it again  and I am wondering
if we choose to make love--- (which we are now READY!)!!  What are my risks if i use a condom.and later with-out --- he said he would find out the type....I believe he said #39. Can we have a future together with this?

HPV doesn't go away.  If he had it 7 years ago, he still has it today, even if you don't see any warts.  You can still transmit HPV if you use a condom, because a condom doesn't cover all the areas that come into contact when a man and woman have sex.
