Hi! I had the same result with yours, Im just wondering how are you and what did the doctor say. Thanks!
Thank u so much for the advise, it really help me..God Bless & more power..
No you don't have to avoid any kinds of drinks. You definitely need to see a doctor. Even if it is an infection such as Mycoplasma hominis or genitalium or Ureaplasma urealyticum that are not necessarily STD's in that they are not reported to the public health you can still transmit it to your partner if you are having sex. They may or may not get symtoms but you may both want to get antibiotics as these things can cause problems later. I wouldn't just take an antibiotic like that UNLESS your doctor told you to as it make make the bacteria resistant. Amoxicillin won't work for some of these organims. It depends on the bug. Definitely tell the doctor you took some antibiotic. So, why don't you both go to the clinic or doctor and get these tests done. It doesn't necessarily mean you have an STD if you have urithritis. But, if there is blood and you had a high WBC count etc. you need it done.

2 days ago it was too itchy outside my genital area & after urination i had pain and its like a little (red) blood comes out after i pee, i was scared and i took 500mg amoxicillin antibiotic 2 times after my meal and on the next day i dont have anymore pain and no more blood comes, out it was gone but i still have white discharge, it will be affect to my live-in partner? it will be transfer to him? for the meantime what treatment should i do aside from going to the doctor? do i have to avoid some kind of drinks? I dont drink alcohol and i dont smoke too.
Thank u so much for still giving me an advise.

It may be non specific urethiritis. It usually smells fishy. I think you need to get treated with an antibiotic. You need to get tested and get a final answer as to what it is. Even though the test they did indicates that it probably isn't an STD you should probably get tested for Gonorrhoeae, Chlyamdia, and the organisms that cause non specific urethritis such as Mycoplasma genitalium, Mycoplasma hominis and so forth. THere is different treatment depending on the organism. Do you have pain with urination or are itchy?

Yes, i have white discharge it looks like wet powder milk..my friend said it is not normal, what do i have to do? Again, thank you so..
Hi, well they should have culture results by now. But, there are a lot of bacteria that have the description (coccobacilli). But, because your WBC count was high along with a predominating bacteria this is a sign of bacterial infection. Do you have pain, fever, discharge or any other symptoms? You probably will need an antibiotic. So far it doesn't sound like an STD though it isn't ruled out 100% but by the description it is not Gonorrhoeae, Chlamydia, or syphillis. Other than that it is hard to tell. Let me know if you get more information.

it says on descriptive diagnoses--- predominance of coccobacilli consistent w/ shift in vaginal flora and other is WBC+++
Anyway thank u so much for your response.
Well your pap smear won't tell the doctor if you have an infection, they only look for abnormal cells. They must have done another test on you as well. cocccobacilli are not a diagnosis it is a preliminary result and a bit non specific. Did they tell you which bacteria they actually found? They will either do PCR (a DNA test) or they will do a culture. By now they should know. You can call and ask.
