what would help??

what would help??

I think I might have genital warts. A cluster of bumps appeared along the bottom of my labia majora but i thought it was just ingrown hairs or something from shaving so I ignored it.. Recently I've noticed a few of these warts on the vaginal entrance and urethral orifice.
I'm 19 and have only been sexually active since 9/10 months ago. I have had two partners, both of which I did not notice any wart-like lesions on  them. Only had intercourse with one of them once back at the end of July 2009 and now I am in a relationship with the other, which we have been sexually active since november.
My parents don't know I'm sexually active and I'm scared to ask them to bring me to a doctor and I don't have the funds to pay for one myself. I was wondering if there's anything else I can do to cure/ remove them or if anyone can offer me any advice...
I'm worried it might be something more serious aswell? help!!!

People can have genital warts without having visable signs of it, so you can sleep with someone who appears to be STD free and transmit an infection from them, annoyingly. The genital warts virus usually disapears from your body after 2 years as the immune system cages the virus making you imune to it. (although reocurances can happen randomly years later)

In order to speed this process up you should start living a super healthy lifestyle. Take vitamin tablets which specialise in helping the immune system. Don't smoke/drink. Eat healthy, drink a lot of water. The most important part of fighting off the hpv virus is your imune system, the treatments you get just rid you of the sympoms (although, it is thought treatment speeds up the healing process). Many people decide not to do any treatments and opt for the healthy living approach.

In the meantime you should talk to your current boyfriend and let him know the situation. If you have been together a while chances are he already caught the virus from you, or he was the one who gave it to you in the first place but didn't realise. Many people can be small minded when it comes to hpv, so make sure you explain it gently to him know the facts, otherwise he will jump to conclusions and freak out. Are there no free walk in clinics you can visit? You never know, maybe he could pay for your treatment.
