I have throat cancer and am wondering if I should stop having oral sex with my wife of 30 years?

If you were diagnosed with oral HPV, it does not make sense to still give oral sex to your wife. However, if you've been doing this before the diagnosis then you have already infected her. There really is no good answer here.
