cramps after hysterectomy

I am a 43 yr old bipoIar female. I'm on 3 meds to control  this condition. I had
a partial hysterectomy in August 2011. Since 2then I have had the following physical manifostations: since then i have had abdominal cramps, brownish vaginal discharge, nausea, extreme hunger. I've also have had an increase in facial hair. Also, I don't have a sexual drive

Most of your complaints are not related to having a hysterectomy and are best addressed by your primary care provider. I encouraged you to have your gynecologist evaluate your complaint of discharge and abdominal cramps.
