hydrosalpinx after hysterectomy

uterus was removed before 7 years but both the ovaries were left.
now suffering with right hydrosalpinx with ovarian cyst of size 9.3*4.7*5.8 cm from 7 months.
Is this can be surgically cured?  are there any medicines ?

Antibiotics are helpful in acute situations. Surgical removal is curable when warranted.
