48 years old female with hepatitis C and enlarged uterus

Hi!!! I got hepatitis C positive in my blood since i gave birth to my youngest child while having cessarian operation, doctors used some nonsterile tools that caused this. now i am suffering from it.. it has been 5 years but it is not going to be negative. After two years my uterus become enlarged and doctors prescirbed me some medicines to keep it at normal size by inhibiting effects of some hormones or something(There are no ovarian cysts or fibrosis it is just because i gave birth to 7 childs) .... but now i need hysterectomy i think because still dont have menupause and dysmenorrhea is terrible each month. I am confused about that should i go for hepatitis treatment first (that i never tried before like they gonna treat me with injections course for hepatitis) or should i go for hystrectomy. like each month blood discharging is too much that sometimes fatal for me.. Do anyone have some idea about this complications....???? Blessings
