ADENOMYOSIS WITH LT. CYSTIC OVARY

i am vijayalakshmi. I am 42 years old and i am suffering from an abnormal bleeding and irregular periods past three years .The doctor had identified a bulky uterus myometrial echo textured mottled endometrium measuring  8mm.Uterus measured 109/49/61 mm. A cyst measuring 29/27mm was observed in the ech field of the left ovary .What should i do to prevent myself from this problem.

I had almost identical thing,,,,I was given two options...a chemically induced menopause or a hysterectomy. Pain pills will only mask your symptoms and your uterus will become more boggy and enlarged, putting pressure on bladder.

Cysts are most always begnine they can be cancerous.

Perhaps you should ask for a diagnostic laproscopy.
