Abdominal adhesions and extreme pain

I have had a partial hysterctomy in 05' I had another ovary removed in 08'  I also had the other removed in the end of 09'.  The question I have is I have an ovrarian remenant still.  I also am in chronic pain due to the fact that I have had 5 surgeries in the last two years.  Every time they go in they find endometriosis and extreme amount of adbominal adhesions.  I am now to high risk to have surgery to remove the adhesions and I was just recently told by the obgyn that I would need to be on Depro Lupron for life due to the endometriosis,  I was also told by the doctor that I will have this horrible pain for the rest of my life.  She had referred me to a pain clinic.  The problem is apperant.  I can not live my life like this anymore.  I have to young kids one is 8 and one is 4.  I can not work anymore due to the pain I am having.  Is there any other alternative therapy's.  I have tried acupunture and that did not work.  He told me I had to much nerve damage down there.  I have heard of some of the holistic medicine sofetning the adhesision.  If anyone has tried this or knows somebody who has please let me know.  We do not have that much money due to my husband being the only one working.  I just do not want to waste my money, but I am willing to try alternatives.
