I had my hysterectomy 9 years ago and just started experiencing this pain as I call it "where my right ovary used to be"!  I may have adhesions as well.  Oh my.

Hi, if you do have adhesions, which is very common and possible, I have a friend on this site who did a lot of really good resurch and consulted an exercise specialist who taught her a way to break up adhesions, with out surgery. Its a simple yet must be done exactly right task. Involoves using a childs size play ball and putting it on area where suspected addhesions are and doing some repetative motions. Please look on Mary53 look under her journal and you will find this information. If you cant find it get back with me and I will search for it for you.
