Any information would be helpful

I had a BSO done in June last year I'm 39 and the doctors haven't put me on HRT as of yet, I keep mentioning my symptoms when I see the doc sweats, Irritable, tired and my whole body hurts, I have Depression, Anxiety and Agoraphobia but they don't seem to be very helpful with information, I feel lost at the moment, and trips to the docs are very difficult for me, I just really don't know where to turn at the moment.

Why don't you see an endocrinologist if the gynecologist is not being helpful? That way all your hormones can be evaluated to see if it is just the androgens, and add back what you need. I get a bio-identical patch from my endo and depending on the doctor, they can sometimes send you to compounding doctors to get different formulas so it is made for you. I don't have adrenals, so I have no source of estrogen (the adrenals make DHEA, which converts to both testosterone and estrogen) so I take a small amount of DHEA too.

Even a GP can check hormones but he may not know how to interpret them. Please find an endo to help you.
