Boyfriend cut my vagina

He didn't trim his nail very well and while he had his fingers inside my vagina i complained it hurt.  He riped his hand away which cut and strached me.  It hurts and itches.  It's really bad.  I've been using first aid ointment to manage the pain and itch but its not that helpful.  the ointment has antibiotic in it but i'm worried about infection.  Any suggestion.  I'm poor so i'll go to the doctor but only if i must.

You should be fine but you maybe a little uncomfortable for a while. If you notice any changes, see the doctor.
