Doctors think I have adhisions from 1994 hysterectomy

been to three dr's  had MRI's and Cat scans , blood work. all doctors say my lower back, lower and upper stomach pain is from adhisions from hysterectomy that I had in 1994. they suggest massage therapy and body rolling. the pain is horrible when i lye down I hate going to bed. somewhat better when I sit up and stand, but now the pain is getting worse even after starting therapy. has anyone gone through this and how long does it take after starting theraphy do you get soem relief?  I keep thinking the doctors are wrong and something worse is worng with me.

Can I suggest that you try the body rolling?  It is very effective.

Sorry to read of your problem.  If there is a question about what is causing your pain a laparoscopy may prove helpful.  I would not expect massage therapy to help much & have never heard of body rolling.  I would suggest you see a gynecologist of general surgeon in your area for another opinion .
