Fibroids feel like they are tearing me up

Well.......I sit here with tearing pain in my uterine area on right side. I know there were at least 2 fibroids in there after my C-section in 1995. No problems with bleeding - just this sharp, knife-like pain when I move or cough. That was then. Now, I have this constant pain on the right - same pain when I breathe, cough or move. Not cramping. Since I have no health insurance, I am trying to use wisdom - and determine which route to take to avoid a lot of needless appointments and referrals. Anyone have any suggestions?

If you don't have insurance you could ask your Dr to work out a payment plan for you. Or there may be a clinic in your area that works on a sliding scale.
