HELP

Hi, I am 41 old and had an complete hys. in  2005.  I have been on numerous hormones.  I was currently on Prometrium and Enjuvia.  I went to a different OB recently and he told me to stop taking these two (not to mention they were costing me sooo much even with insurance.  He has since given me Depoestradiol (5/cc), 1 cc  every 3 wks, and Depotestosterone? (100/cc) 0.? every 3 weeks..I can't quite make the Rx out?  I don't know if what I have typed is correct.   I am desperately looking for some advise as to which is better?  the first regime I was taking or this new Rx.  I am sooo self conscious of weight gain.  Please help?

there is a post on this page by sippy has over 86 answers about bioidentical,,,there is a post I wrote on bio identical also,,its confusing at best...whats right for one is soo wrong for another,,,I took vivelle for a year because of hot flashes and night sweats symptoms stopped..so I stoped meds..NOT the right decision for many.
